You’ll be managing and resolving tickets for our Meraki networks, Microsoft 365 & Azure environments, Telephony, endpoint management, and mobility. Administer Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune environments. Handle IT requests efficiently via ticketing and RMM platforms. Maintain compliance and best practices following security standards. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement upgrades and new solutions. Other duties as assigned. Solid experience with Meraki, Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune. Working knowledge of call routes, call menu systems, and VOIP technology Proficient with ticketing systems, MDM and RMM tools. Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication. This position will require the selected candidate to pass a technical test before hiring. Nice-to-Have: Advanced degree or relevant certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or Microsoft/Azure certifications. Experience with cloud security and advanced endpoint management. Responsibilities
The Network Support Administrator will manage and troubleshoot Meraki networks, Microsoft 365, Azure, and telephony environments. They are responsible for resolving end-user tickets and maintaining infrastructure compliance and security standards.
