JOB TITLE: NETWORK SUPPORT ANALYST - FIELD BASED

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Network Support Analyst to cover multiple sites across North Wales. The ideal candidate will have a good understand of network concepts, end user support and user acceptance testing for applications..

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer Science or Network related degree
• Strong knowledge of basic network concepts
• Understanding of Cisco based network products
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  This position would be a good fit for a recent graduate or IT support professional with a good understanding of networking concepts that is customer focused and available to travel to multiple client sites across the region. You will need a full driving license and your own transport to be considered for this project,

Work Location: On the roa

• Ensure applications are running effectively across a number of devices running on the customers SD WAN network.
• Performing user acceptance testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal operation.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on new SD-WAN systems
