JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring a Network Support Analyst to support infrastructure operations for one of Canada’s largest utility providers. This long-term onsite role involves configuring and maintaining Cisco network equipment and supporting network security through cloud firewall and load balancer technologies. The successful candidate will contribute to a sustainable, secure, and efficient power grid.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Cisco network equipment configuration and management
  • Understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN topologies and core routing protocols

NICE-TO-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with Azure firewalls, load balancers, or cloud-based network tools
  • Prior support roles in utility or government infrastructure projects
