NETWORK SUPPORT ANALYST:

On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Network Support Analyst for a 4-week role. This position is a remote position with the client based in Toronto, Ontario.

NETWORK SUPPORT ANALYST - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves providing network support for Ontario Colleges, focusing on troubleshooting and user assistance. The role includes addressing network and telephony issues, supporting Webex users, and assisting contact center agents with technical problems.

NETWORK SUPPORT ANALYST - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 7 years of experience in networking
  • Proficiency in Routing and Telephony
  • Experience with Webex
  • Knowledge of UCS
  • Familiarity with Contact Center operations

NETWORK SUPPORT ANALYST – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with remote support
  • Familiarity with educational institutions’ IT systems
Responsibilities
  • First-Line Troubleshooting: Respond to tickets related to networking issues
  • Escalation: Identify when issues need to be passed to senior network engineers
  • User Support and Basic Monitoring
  • Phone/VoIP Support: Assist users with desk phone setups and voicemail issues
  • Call Routing Checks and Troubleshooting
  • Webex End-User Assistance: Help users join meetings and resolve video/audio problems
  • Basic System Monitoring and Tier-1 Troubleshooting
  • Contact Center Agent Support: Assist with login issues and application errors
