As a Network Support Engineer... You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our MSP partners and their clients. Ideal Technical Profile 2+ years of IT support experience or relevant technical training (e.g., NOC or MSP). Monitor infrastructure, backup, and security alerts via RMM and NOC tools (e.g., Auvik, Autotask, Datto, Huntress, SentinelOne). Triage alerts and events—perform first-response diagnostics, remote remediation, and escalate per SOP. Run health checks and scheduled maintenance on servers, networks, and cloud services. Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (firewalls, switches, APs). Ensure backups are completing successfully and investigate any failures or warnings. Document actions taken during ticket lifecycle and update client systems. Assist with firmware updates, patch management, and scheduled maintenance tasks. Collaborate with Engineering and Helpdesk teams for complex escalations Maintain awareness of client-specific environments and SLAs Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Familiarity with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments. Willingness to work after-hours, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
