Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for critical network environments.

n

n

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across MPLS, BGP, VRF, Ethernet and Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies.

n

n

- Design, configure and deploy IP/MPLS network solutions.

n

n

- Support network provisioning, commissioning and service activation activities.

n

n

- Configure and maintain routers, switches and firewalls.

n

n

- Work closely with NOC teams, field engineers and customers to resolve incidents and outages.

n

n

- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams and technical records.

n

n

- Monitor and improve network performance, reliability and availability.

n

n

- Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
