We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Network Support Engineer to join a specialist professional services company supporting a key government client on a large-scale Network Connectivity Deployment Project across Recent South Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a significant infrastructure rollout, deploying Cisco Meraki networking solutions across metropolitan and regional locations.

The ideal candidate will have solid Level 2 networking experience, with hands-on skills across network configuration, troubleshooting, hardware installation and connectivity support. You will work alongside an established technical team, assisting with the deployment and support of Cisco Meraki infrastructure across operational sites. Willingness to travel throughout NSW is essential, with a vehicle provided and accommodation and meal expenses covered.

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in a Level 2 Network Support, Network Technician or Infrastructure Support role.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking solutions highly desirable.

- Experience configuring, installing and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.

- Familiarity with the Cisco Meraki Dashboard for network monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting advantageous.

• - Good understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs and wireless networking.
