Full time openings at: Salem Clinic Main | 2020 Capitol St Ne, Salem OR 97301   Job Summary: Seeking an outgoing, driven individual with excellent customer service support, and who enjoys working with a successful team, has the ability to multitask, and thrives working in a fast-paced IS environment. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a confident presence, adept logical troubleshooting, testing experience, task management skills, and root cause analysis abilities. This is combined position is responsible in dealing with all the technical issues that come in from various departments throughout the clinic. Essential Functions:   * Diagnose network/desktop hardware/software problems over the phone. * Support technical issues involving Citrix, Epic, Cisco and Microsoft's applications * Enter trouble tickets into helpdesk work queue program. * Support Cisco Finesse and Call Manager System. * Provide network access, user administration and security for various computer systems. * Work with various insurance vendors to assist users during setup.  * Follow up on issues called into helpdesk. * Support virtual environments built on Citrix. * Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities Other Duties:  Assist with the Telephone system, minimal repairs to faxes and copiers, and other duties assigned.
