REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology .
• Minimum 1 year experience as a System/Network Administrator, Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and resourcefulness.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Professional Certifications are an advantage:Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalentMicrosoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent

• Oversee customer requirements and work closely with IT vendors and maintenance support providers.
• Take ownership of customers’ technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalating where necessary.
• Install, support, and maintain hardware and software network infrastructure according to industry best practices (routers, switches, Wi-Fi controllers, firewalls, servers, storage, etc.).
• Provide technical support to end-users, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues both onsite and remotely.
• Support integration of new and existing technologies to meet customer business needs.
