abra professional services is seeking for an Network & Systems Administrator Monitoring, control, and maintenance of all network and server infrastructures. Providing support and troubleshooting for IP network traffic, LAN/WAN environments. Installation, maintenance, and configuration of network equipment, including switches, telephony systems, routers, and OT systems. Management and maintenance of Wi-Fi infrastructure. Management and support of IP-based telephony systems. Operation of NAC, monitoring, and information security systems. End-user support, including smart classrooms, end-user equipment, and conference rooms. Supervision and monitoring of the Data Center. Performing additional tasks as required by the direct supervisor. Requirements Required Knowledge and Experience Graduate of recognized networking courses from an accredited institution. Experience working with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, and Meraki products. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an SMB organization with a technology-rich environment. Extensive knowledge of data communications, including TCP/IP, network topologies, traffic flows, the OSI model, and troubleshooting complex network issues. Familiarity with VMware and Nutanix, including an understanding of virtual networking (vSwitches, VLANs in Nutanix). Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP. Proven hands-on experience in installing network equipment and resolving communication issues (switches, routers, backbone infrastructure, Wi-Fi, etc.). Knowledge of IP telephony systems, including CENTRIX and end-user devices. Practical experience with passive infrastructure; knowledge of fiber optics is an advantage. Experience in managing WAN / IPsec / Site-to-Site VPNs. Knowledge and understanding of information security and security products such as Firewalls, EDR, NAC, and Antivirus solutions. Understanding of PC systems, Microsoft operating systems, servers, and Microsoft-based networks. Experience with Multimedia over IP systems – an advantage. Required Skills Ability for independent learning and adapting to new technologies. Ability to work independently, without close or continuous supervision. Excellent planning, organization, and time-management skills. Strong teamwork and service-oriented mindset, with proven training and guidance capabilities. English proficiency sufficient for regular reading of technical documentation. Ability to perform effectively under pressure. Willingness to work non-standard hours and availability for critical or exceptional incidents. Ability to write procedures and maintain infrastructure documentation.
Responsibilities
