About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network/Systems Administrator to join our Navy delivery team in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing both Windows and Linux-based systems, as well as network equipment with a strong passion for optimizing and maintaining infrastructure. Candidate will be integral to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Navy servers and systems in support of Navy Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) mission needs, playing a critical role in supporting the customer’s IT operations and mission objectives. The candidate must have experience maintaining compliance with DISA STIG requirements, including implementing and managing security controls, and ensuring that all systems adhere to STIG and cyber security guidelines. Candidate will have a thorough understanding of how to assess and remediate vulnerabilities, apply necessary patches, and continuously monitor systems to uphold the highest standards of security and compliance within a government or defense-related IT environment.
