Join us redefine what’s next for you. What You’ll Do Plan, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans to ensure reference design readiness and overall product quality. Perform functional, system, and regression testing across networking software components. Identify, debug, and report issues in software and system behavior; provide constructive feedback and suggest improvements to developers. Write and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test documentation for assigned systems or subsystems. Use network troubleshooting tools such as packet captures, logs, monitoring tools, and customer inputs to analyze and resolve issues. Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, and cross-functional teams (internal and outsourced) to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. Participate actively in project discussions, track testing progress, and support issue resolution through to closure. Apply standard software system testing methodologies, including debugging, validation, and automation scripting. What You Need to Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience in software/system testing or networking-focused roles. Strong expertise in Networking and Campus Fabric fundamentals, including L2 protocols such as: xSTP, Multicast, MACsec, Telemetry, L2CP, LLDP, LACP, LAG, MC-LAG, RTG, ERPS Strong Python scripting skills for test automation and validation (mandatory). Good understanding of Linux internals, bash tools, distributed systems, and networking concepts. Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting tools (packet capture, logs, monitoring). Familiarity with software systems running on multiple platforms. Experience with Juniper configuration is a strong plus. Network certifications or equivalent hands-on experience are an added advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
