Description Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Network Technician to provide essential technical guidance and oversight to support and maintain information systems operations for our contract at Davis Monthan AFB, Arizona. This position involves direct responsibilities in the monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of network performance and operations. You must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance to be considered for an interview. Key Responsibilities Provides technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations. Directs compilation of records and reports concerning network operations and maintenance. Troubleshoots network performance issues. Analyzes network traffic and provides capacity planning solutions. Interfaces with vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance. Provides assistance and oversight for all information systems operations activities, including computer and telecommunications/communications operations, data entry, data control, LAN/MAN/WAN administration and operations support, operating systems programming, system security policy procedures, and/or web strategy and operations. Monitors and responds to hardware, software, and network problems. Utilizes software and hardware tools, identifies, and diagnoses complex problems and factors affecting network performance. Troubleshoots network systems when necessary and makes improvements to the network. Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations. Direct the compilation of records and reports related to network operations and maintenance. Troubleshoot network performance issues. Analyze network traffic and develop capacity planning solutions. Interface with vendor support service groups to ensure appropriate escalation during system outages or degraded performance. Requirements Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required. Security+ Certification is required. Requires 2 to 6 years of experience in relevant fields. AF and DoD environment experience.
