Job Description: We are seeking a Network Technician (Lead) with strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions using Meraki and Aruba hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network protocols, security practices, and wireless technologies. This role emphasizes the installation, cabling, and deployment of network infrastructures in hotels, resorts, and other hospitality venues, requiring travel (with Per Diem in addition to hourly wages) to various locations across the United States.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Network Technician, with a focus on Meraki and Aruba technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless standards.
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Meraki CMNO, or Aruba Certified Solutions Professional (ACSP).
  • Experience with network security practices and technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and manage Meraki and Aruba network solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
  • Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize network efficiency.
