Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain network devices, ensuring optimal performance and security protocols are implemented.
• Troubleshoot network issues, diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor network traffic and performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or vulnerabilities.
• Install and configure network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Installs and maintains communication and data cabling systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Holds certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent, demonstrating foundational networking knowledge.
• Has a minimum of 8 years of experience in a network technician role, showcasing practical application of skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency in network troubleshooting, including experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
