JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you will monitor and manage network, server, and application systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), resolve incidents, respond to customer inquiries, and perform routine system maintenance and documentation tasks.

• Monitor Client’s network, servers, and application infrastructure, responding to incidents and service requests.
• Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts as needed and support incident resolution.
• Perform routine inspections and report equipment irregularities.
• Respond to inquiries and alerts via email, phone, and in person.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance and system checks, including preconfigured network port activations.
• Configure network/system resources and maintain accurate system records and documentation.
• Provide Tier II support in line with SME service agreements.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and contribute to knowledge base content and training materials.
• Participate in team meetings, project work, and other operational and administrative duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service across all IT and telecommunications support areas.

  Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 42 per week
