Our Technical, Advisory, and Capability (TAC) practice and Team Downer serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering above-the-line consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable successful delivery of critical Defence programs. This includes engagement with key areas across Defence including Defence Digital Group (DDG), Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), and the Navy, Army, and Air Force.
We are currently seeking candidates for the next phase of a major Defence information environment modernisation program aimed at delivering the design, build, and deployment of their cutting-edge ICT environment.

  • Your experience includes support of design, build, and deploy phases of complex network solutions.
  • You are comfortable completing and reviewing all associated network documentation.
  • You provide Network SME advice to clients, and internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project definition, system architecture and process improvement.
  • Your sustainability focus is on creating Knowledge-Based Articles on key processes, network devices and systems.
  • You enjoy working in a high-performing team.

These roles can be based in ACT, NSW or WA. Candidates with experience working within the maritime domain will be highly regarded.
Our work is highly complex and confidential , applicants must be Australian citizens with a minimum NV2 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary. In some cases, this may impose restrictions on individuals with dual nationality, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1.
