We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Tools Integration & Development Engineer to build and lead our network tools development capabilities. This is a key technical role that will directly influence how our network infrastructure is monitored, managed, and optimized. You will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting essential network management solutions, including Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISR and Cisco Prime. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive tools integration strategy to optimize network management, monitoring, and automation. Cisco Tool Implementation & Deployment: Design, implement, and deploy Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Cisco ISE, and Cisco Prime solutions. Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts and automation workflows to streamline network management tasks. Integration & API Development: Design and develop integrations between various network management tools using APIs and other integration methods. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for network management tools. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for network management tools and processes. Security & Compliance: Ensure network management tools are configured and maintained in accordance with security best practices and compliance requirements. Vendor Management: Liaise with Cisco vendors for support, updates, and product information. Capacity Planning: Provide capacity planning and performance analysis for network management tools. For This Role You Will Need: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience advanced configuring, implementing and deploying Cisco Network Management tools (Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center). Cisco Expertise: Deep understanding of Cisco network infrastructure, including routing, switching, wireless, and security. Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell. API Development: Experience with RESTful APIs and other integration methods. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Cisco Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Hands-on experience in developing and supporting essential network management solutions including Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime and Panorama. SolarWinds Expertise: Extensive experience with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Network Configuration Manager (NCM), and other SolarWinds modules. Experience with other network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). Knowledge of cloud networking and related technologies. Experience with database administration (e.g., SQL).
