  • Location to cover: Norwich/ East Anglia and Newcastle / North East
    Qualifications
    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a deep knowledge of aftersales processes within the automotive sector. We’re looking for a confident, results-driven individual who is passionate about coaching and driving performance improvements.

As well as:

  • A strong working knowledge of Dealer aftersales processes.
  • The ability to develop individuals and sustain performance improvements.
  • Previous experience working in a regional or national role for a vehicle manufacturer or franchised dealer group (highly advantageous).
  • Demonstrable experience in business coaching and change management would be a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using analysis tools to provide actionable feedback to clients.

As a Network Trainer / Coach, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering improvements in aftersales KPIs, such as customer satisfaction, team communication, process improvement, and quality management.
  • Root causing underperformance, providing coaching and guidance to staff on key areas such as customer preparation, technical pre-planning, and team collaboration.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement and sustainable solutions in the areas of quality control, recruitment, and staff retention.
  • Prioritising your workload to ensure the completion of contracted days and maintaining accurate, timely administration (visit reports, SMART actions, and activity tracking).
  • Building strong working relationships with Manufacturer Area Teams and other field teams to drive success
