CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level network and voice support.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco routing, switching, wireless technologies, and Unified Communications platforms.
  • Solid experience in enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Proven expertise in VPN configuration and management.
  • Practical experience with Fortinet (FortiGate) and Palo Alto firewall technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of SIP and core network security principles.
  • Relevant industry certifications preferred, such as:Cisco: CCNA, CCNP (Routing & Switching or Collaboration)Fortinet: NSE4Palo Alto: PCNSA, PCNSE
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and wireless controllers.
  • Administer and support enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of Access Points (APs) and SSIDs.
  • Implement and maintain secure site-to-site and remote-access VPN solutions.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise network and unified communication systems.
  • Manage and support Cisco Unified Communications products including CUCM, CUC, UCCX, and Jabber.
  • Troubleshoot voice protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP.
  • Perform SIP log analysis and resolve telephony registration and connectivity issues.
  • Configure and manage telephony features including Class of Service (CoS), Partitions, Calling Search Spaces (CSS), call forwarding, call parking, etc.
  • Administer network security appliances such as Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Monitor and optimize LAN/WAN performance, including Quality of Service (QoS) configurations.
  • Handle IP phone configurations and user mobility features such as Extension Mobility.
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of voice, data, and wireless services.
