Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents. * Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism). * Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues. * Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies. * Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Respond to critical incidents and service requests within agreed response times. * Collaborate with global and regional teams on infrastructure and cloud-related projects. * Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports,

and service records. * Ensure skilled interaction with end users, stakeholders, and customers at all times. Required Skills & Experience * Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering. * Strong hands-on experience with the Nutanix ecosystem (AOS, AHV, Prism). * Experience supporting VMware and/or Hyper-V environments. * Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching. * Proven experience providing Break & Fix support in enterprise environments. * Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues. * Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions. * Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python is advantageous.
