Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends) Compensation: $30.60–$45.90/hr (based on experience) Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr Sign-On Bonus: Days – $10,000 | Nights – $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Overview A 10-bed Neuro Intensive Care Unit in Ocala is seeking experienced Neuro ICU RNs to join a high-acuity, fast-paced environment specializing in complex neurological and critical-care patients. This role is ideal for nurses passionate about neurocritical care, professional growth, and achieving excellent patient outcomes. Strong clinical reasoning and eagerness to learn are highly valued.
