About Us
At ADHD Care Ltd, we are passionate about delivering gold-standard, person-centred care for individuals with ADHD and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
We’re a fast-growing, specialist private service with a reputation for clinical excellence, compassion, and innovation. Our supportive multidisciplinary team is dedicated to helping children, young people, and adults thrive — and we are now looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist / Non-Medical Prescriber to join us on this mission.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Non-Medical Prescriber (V300) to play a central role in our ADHD services.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in CAMHS, adult mental health, or neurodevelopmental services— and if you have worked across both children and adults, that’s a real advantage.
You’ll provide a mix of remote and in-person clinics at our Guildford base, offering flexibility while making a direct impact on patients and families.
Your role will include assessment, diagnosis, initiation and management of pharmacological treatment, medication reviews, and evidence-based advice and interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete structured ADHD ± Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments using validated tools and interviews
  • Initiate and manage ADHD medication, including reviews and shared-care arrangements with GPs
  • Provide clear, evidence-based post-diagnostic advice and guidance to patients and families
  • Deliver psychoeducation and short-term interventions where required
  • Collaborate with colleagues across our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, joined-up care
  • Make referrals for diagnostic investigations and liaise with external professionals as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with professional and governance standards

Essential Criteria

  • Current NMC registration (or equivalent governing body)
  • V300 Independent Non-Medical Prescribing qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of prescribing experience (ADHD experience preferred)
  • Strong background in CAMHS and/or adult neurodevelopmental services
  • Proven skills in ADHD assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring (children and/or adults)
  • Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and organisational skills

What We Offer
✅ Competitive salary
✅ Flexible hybrid working – remote and Guildford-based (negotiable)
✅ Supportive, values-driven team environment
✅ CPD opportunities & regular clinical supervision
✅ Company pension & paid sick leave
✅ Company events and networking opportunities

✅ NO COMPULSORY WEEKENDS

✅ Optional evening and weekend sessions for those seeking extra flexibility
✅ Freelance/contractor arrangements also considered

Working Pattern

  • Up to 37.5 hours per week
  • Core hours: Monday to Friday (daytime)
  • Optional flexibility: Evening and/or weekend sessions available if preferred
  • Choice of 8 or 10-hour shifts
  • No mandatory weekend work
