As a Registered Neurodiagnostic Technologist, you will perform advanced non-invasive neurodiagnostic testing—including EEG, EMG/NCS, evoked potentials, and sleep studies—while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and patient experience. Responsibilities Perform EEG, EMG/NCS, evoked potentials, and sleep studies while ensuring accurate electrode placement, data collection, and adherence to lab standards Troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain neurodiagnostic equipment while identifying and reporting abnormal findings to physicians Provide compassionate, age-appropriate patient care across neonatal to geriatric populations Educate patients and families and maintain clear, effective communication with care teams while ensuring HIPAA compliance Accurately document procedures in the EHR and process orders, charges, and related clinical documentation Maintain compliance with TJC, OSHA, CLIA, and DNV standards while participating in meetings and on-call coverage as needed Support quality improvement, training, and mentoring while demonstrating organizational values and professional excellence Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Graduate of an accredited Electroneurodiagnostic or Polysomnographic program (Preferred) Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences (Preferred) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical neurodiagnostic experience (Required) Experience in multiple modalities such as video EEG, evoked potentials, or sleep testing preferred (Preferred) License(s)/Certification(s): Registered EEG Technologist (REEGT) – ABRET (Required upon hire) Additional credentials such as RPSGT, Evoked Potentials, or other ABRET certifications (Preferred upon hire) Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (Required) Mandatory Reporter Training (Required): Child Abuse Reporting – IA & IL Adult Dependent Abuse Reporting – IA & IL
