Open Mind Wellness is an established wellness centre we in Kitchener specializing in NeurOptimal® neurofeedback, helping clients achieve greater clarity, calm, and balance in their lives. We are passionate about brain health, holistic wellness, and creating a supportive environment where clients feel cared for and empowered.
We are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and wellness-minded individual to join our team as an Independent Contractor Neurofeedback Technician.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and provide a supportive, professional, and positive session experience
  • Administer and monitor NeurOptimal® neurofeedback sessions (training provided if needed)
  • Manage scheduling and clients during sessions
  • Check clients out after sessions (payment processing, rescheduling, etc.)
  • Maintain an organized, and inviting workspace
  • Assist with general administrative and client management tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Passionate about the brain, personal growth, and holistic health & wellness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Open-minded and eager to learn new techniques and practices
  • Previous experience in wellness, client services, or healthcare is a plus (but not required)

Position Details

  • Hours: 15–35 hours per week (flexible scheduling, part-time)
  • Type: Independent Contractor (not employee)
  • Compensation: pay is per session completed, starting at $21 per session
  • Training on NeurOptimal® neurofeedback system will be provided
