Description

INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center is seeking a Neurohospitalist (Inpatient Consult Neurologist) for a "week on/week off" employment model. Our consult NeuroHospitalist Service provides support for emergency care (Level II Trauma Center), certified comprehensive stroke center care, and inpatient care. * 7 days on/7 days off; 168 weeks per year * Updated and competitive comp model * Two Neurologists cover at a time * System-wide EPIC EMR, Ceribell EEG system * Stroke coordinators are engaged with the NeuroHospitalist Service and provide process support; there is a separate Neuro-ICU which has separate physician coverage * Required skillsets - EEG reads inc. continuous monitoring (2-7 combined daily), Lumbar Punctures (occasional though necessary/labs first) * Strong inpatient Medical Staff culture and processes (ED, Hospitalist Service, Radiology/IR, Specialty Care...) * Physician-led medical group and collegial relationship with hospital administrationThe Physician provides direct patient care. Responsibilities
