CORTEX PHYSIOTHERAPY – KILMARNOCK (CLINIC & DOMICILIARY WORK)

Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Kilmarnock-based, with both in-clinic and domiciliary work around Ayrshire
Salary: Dependent on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc Hons or above)
  • HCPC registration
  • CSP membership
  • Enhanced DBS check (funded by the company)
  • UK work rights (no sponsorship available)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Experience in neurological physiotherapy
  • Experience in domiciliary/community work
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Neurological Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients across a range of conditions, predominantly neurological, but also including MSK, elderly rehab, and complex presentations.
You will manage your own caseload from initial assessment through to treatment planning and review, delivering evidence-based, client-centred rehabilitation both in the clinic and in clients homes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Managing an autonomous caseload across neurological, complex, MSK, and elderly rehab cases
  • Carrying out thorough assessments, risk assessments, and reviews
  • Delivering hands-on treatment and rehabilitation interventions
  • Setting individualised, goal-focused treatment plans in partnership with clients and carers
  • Maintaining accurate, timely clinical records in line with HCPC and CSP standards
  • Working collaboratively with clients, families, and wider services to ensure joined-up care
