JOB OVERVIEW

Are you flexible, enthusiastic and committed to providing excellent patient care? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work as a band 6 Physiotherapist in the Community Integrated Neurology and Stroke Service (CINSS). This post is located in the Leicester City team based at Braunstone Health and Social Care Centre. Although the service requirement is for a B6, for the right candidate we would be happy to consider a B5 to B6 development post, expected to take 12 months to complete (for a full time post).

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This post requires a dedicated autonomous physiotherapist with sound clinical experience in neurology and stroke rehabilitation. Previous community experience would also be advantageous. The successful candidate will be required to manage a caseload in a busy and developing environment. Excellent organisational, communication and team working skills are required for this position, along with the ability to support and train other members of the CINSS team.
The CINSS team hub is at Braunstone Health and Social Care Centre, with regional bases in Loughborough Hospital, Hinckley and Bosworth Community Hospital, St Luke’s Hospital, and Melton Hospital.
The post is for 37.5hrs per week but the service will also consider applications for part-time working hours. The position available is based at Braunstone Health and Social Care Centre. The trust embraces agile working which enables employees to maximise their performance and productivity whilst maintaining a good work life balance.
If you are enthusiastic and self-motivated, we look forward to hearing from you.
