Description
Support promotional and educational events for physicians, patients, and internal audiences. Collaboration in the development and implementation of the digital strategy targeting patients. Support in the development and implementation of digital strategies for healthcare professionals. Liaison with advertising agencies, physicians, medical and patient associations, and other providers. Interaction with marketing teams and other departments in Latin American countries. Support in the development and implementation of the training plan for Latin America - internal and external audiences. Registering and managing suppliers and their requests. Preparing and approving pre- and post-event documentation in the company's systems. Creating marketing/promotional materials and campaigns in internal systems. Assisting with payments to healthcare providers and suppliers. Drafting and approving contract minutes. Supporting the development of presentations (PowerPoint), spreadsheets (Excel), forms, and other documents. Collaborating on market research. Conducting field visits with the sales team to meet with clients and attend events. Fluent Spanish/English (required). Portuguese - Desirable. Organized, proactive, communicative, dynamic, with teamwork skills, proficiency in digital tools, and knowledge of how to best leverage social media as promotional tools for marketing strategies.
