Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for ensuring operational excellence in healthcare? Join us as a Neurophysiology Administration Supervisor. The role is vital in supporting the directorate in delivering high quality patient care at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a varied but pivotal role involving managing the administration Neurophysiology team based at Charing Cross and St Mary’s Hospital. It is important the candidate is has efficient time management skills.
The role consists of ensuring Neurophysiology clinic templates are set up to ensure the administration team are able to book patient appointments in accordance with Trust Policy, to ensure patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
This post requires the post holder to be on-site.
The role is to provide administrative and supervisory support in Neurophysiology, four days at Charing Cross and one day at St Mary’s Hospital.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a high level of communication and interpersonal skills in dealing with a wide range of NHS staff, patients and external agencies
The post-holder will be responsible for the purchasing of stationery order for office equipment and ensure stock levels are maintained and accepting office deliveries and appropriately signing for stocks of drinking water or stationery items/office supplies.
The position will have day to day management of administration staff and any temporary staff, which will include maintaining accurate records of annual leave, study leave and sickness of secretarial and administrative staff.
