Overview Seeking outstanding neurosurgeon to join our growing team. Role will specialize primarily in elective spinal surgery with general neurosurgery and/or Level I Neurotrauma call. Fellowship training preferred but not essential. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a practice with an existing referral network and substantial system-wide, hospital and community support. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent practice-like environment to shape a busy elective spine practice. Office is conveniently located on the hospital campus and includes MA and PA support. Full-time employed position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including CME, re-location allowance and sign-on bonus. Education Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency-training program in Neurosurgery Certification and Licenses Board certification in Neurosurgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) Medical License in Oregon – active Active ACLS from the American Heart Association DEA license Where you will live Portland is a sophisticated city offering diverse cultural activities and communities that appeal to a wide variety of needs and tastes.
