NEUROSURGERY & SPINE CENTER INPATIENT - OUTPATIENT PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT OPPORTUNITY FORT WORTH, Texas Highly Respected and Very Successful Neurosurgery & Spine Practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to round on patients in the hospital, do inpatient consults, and see them in the clinic. Monday - Friday work schedule- Full Time Competitive compensation See patients in the clinic, inpatient rounding and perform inpatient consults Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR Comprehensive benefit package with health, life, dental, vision and 401k Requirements Needed to Apply: Texas licensed & Board Certified Physician Assistant Experience or interest in Neurosurgery & Spine PA experience in neurology and/or spine preferred The Physician Assistant (“PA”) will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times. Master's degree Physician Assistant required. The PA will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure. The PA’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only.
Responsibilities
The Physician Assistant will be responsible for rounding on hospital patients, conducting inpatient consultations, and seeing patients in the clinic setting. Duties also include planning treatment and documenting patient care using the EPIC EMR system.
