QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and/or experience in a relevant mental health field or setting
• BCIA Neurofeedback certification is an asset
• Psychology undergraduate students and graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who can work independently while also collaborating with our team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to hold space for clients who may be anxious or unfamiliar with neurotherapy.
• Confidence in sharing ideas and constructive feedback to help us grow.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and follow through.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Drive Suite, Gmail, and Dropbox.
• Knowledge of Jane is an asset.
• An appetite for innovation and simplicity with a strong process orientation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• qEEG Assessments: Conduct qEEG data collection sessions with clients.
• Neurotherapy Treatment: Set up and monitor neurotherapy sessions with clients.
• Data Processing: Processing of EEG data including artifacting raw data, running independent component analysis, and preparing data for analysis and reporting.
• Assessment and Progress Documentation: Completing chart notes and process updates for review by your supervisor.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work alongside psychologists to support client care and contribute to a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
• Grow & Thrive: Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialized training.
