New Account Representative

at  Great River Federal Credit Union

We have one full-time New Account Representative opening at our Sauk Rapids, MN location. Some Saturday availability is required.
The New Account Representative team member will open and close member accounts, verify accounts, accept loan applications for credit cards and checking account line of credits. They will process stop payments and share draft accounts, orders cards, and answer questions regarding share accounts, share drafts, credit cards, ATM cards, IRAs, etc.. They will assist members with base questions regarding their loans. The New Account Representative team member engages in meaningful conversations with members to obtain information and cross sell available financial services such as, but not limited to, credit union share savings and checking accounts, share certificates, money fund, debit cards, ATM cards, credit cards, consumer and real estate lending products, and electronic services. The New Account Representative team member efficiently gathers member information, identifies financial needs and educates the member on products, services and other credit union programs. They inform members of the benefits of utilizing credit union products and services that bring value and are appropriate for the member. They are responsible for back office reports and outbound sales calls as assigned.
