POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a Full-time, permanent position with flexible daytime hours Monday - Saturday (no Sundays!). Compensation is commission-based with a competitive structure. While much of your work can be done on a computer, you will be expected to be in the office to show vehicles and greet clients. We encourage creative thinking to generate new leads while also utilizing organic in-house leads. This is a high energy sales environment suited for someone with a positive & fun attitude. The more motivated you are, the more successful you will be!

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Valid Drivers License with clean drivers abstract
  • Reliable vehicle & ability to commute to Acheson
  • Minimum 1 Year of RV sales experience or a strong knowledge of the RV industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player willing to contribute to the company’s growth
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Client Engagement & Appointments – Generate leads and book appointments via phone, email, and messenger.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Ups – Proactively reach out and maintain communication with prospects.
  • Customer Service & Salesmanship – Build relationships, answer inquiries, and guide customers.
  • RV Showings & Walkthroughs – Present inventory, highlight features, and address concerns.
  • Social Media Presence – Participate in recorded/live content on Instagram, Facebook, and more.
  • Sales Targets – Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals.
  • CRM Management – Update lead profiles and track interactions.
  • Inventory Knowledge – Stay updated on stock and offer alternative options.
