Ensure a high quality, effective and professional experience for every customer Manage and track appointment logs and vehicle purchase logs Explain the process to every appointment. Give the customer the name of a manager that will be at the Dealership to greet them.  Works with management to follow with customers to achieve high sales volume as well as high customer service standards. Ensure a thorough knowledge and understanding of products.  Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Must meet monthly requirements set by dealership for leads, calls, appointments, shows, and sold.  Knowledge of MS Office and other desktop software helpful. Strong attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
