JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive High-Level Administrator to support our growing New Build Department. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth financial processing, compliance management, and administrative efficiency while driving process improvements as the business expands.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience in payroll, invoicing, or financial administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and health & safety compliance is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office software; familiarity with accounting software desirable.
    Pay rate: £13.00 - £15.00 depending on experience
    Hours: Normal working hours are 08:00 - 16:45 (40 hours per week), but we can accommodate a 09:00 - 15:00 working day if it is required or preferred (27.5 hours per week)
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £27,040.00-£31,200.00 per year
