SKILLS

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing tasks.
• Gas or Air Source Heat Pump qualifications desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems effectively.
• Basic maths skills for measuring, cutting, and fitting pipes accurately.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required.
• Experience in commercial driving is advantageous for transporting materials to job sites.
• Familiarity with welding techniques for pipe assembly is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.

• 1st and 2nd fix of various systems within the New Build Sector.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Handle heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
