Join KONE as a New Building Solutions Offering Manager – Shape the Future of Building Solutions! Are you passionate about shaping innovative building solutions and driving market success? KONE is looking for a New Building Solutions Offering Manager to lead NBS offerings within the EEM frontline. In this role, you will bring people together across functions, influencing and coordinating teams to drive collaboration and deliver the New Building Solutions offering strategy across the EEM region. You will play a key role in positioning KONE competitively, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and global offerings to achieve both short- and long-term business objectives. What You’ll Do As a key driver of our offerings, you will shape the products and services available in each country, ensuring they meet market needs and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include: Define and manage our portfolio, from core products to builder services and innovative digital solutions that differentiate new equipment sales Lead the rollout of new offerings at the frontline level, acting as the content owner and shaping deployment strategies Capture regional needs and translate them into actionable insights for the Area team Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the local portfolio while aligning with global and European strategies Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities Analyze and maintain product, pricing, and tendering data to keep our offerings competitive Drive efficient product launches, ramp-ups, and ramp-downs Monitor performance and quality, taking proactive corrective actions as needed Facilitate knowledge transfer between product specialists and frontline teams Gather market feedback and competitor insights to inform strategy, solution creation, and product lifecycle decisions Collaborate with the marketing team and support related initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to support Sales and enhance planning and execution Lead initiatives that improve processes, offerings, and team capabilities within the Unit Drive projects and initiatives through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring successful execution in a matrix organization What We’re Looking For Experience in project management and leading initiatives in a complex organization Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and build strong networks Collaborative mindset, with a hands-on approach and a high sense of responsibility Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong knowledge of KONE products and processes, complemented by solid business, commercial, and technical expertise Fluent in English; EEM language skills are a plus Willingness to travel periodically across EEM countries, Europe, and beyond Highly self-motivated, proactive, and independent, with a strong focus on delivering results and a positive “can-do” mindset Ability to engage others (e.g., Sales managers, salespersons) to meet deadlines and deliver results Why KONE Join a company where you can make a real impact, working with talented colleagues across countries and functions.
