WHY WE NEED THIS ROLE

A new business role in our DACH enterprise team. You’ll be supported by a dedicated business development team that handles outreach and lead generation—freeing you to focus on what you do best: engaging senior decision-makers, building trust, and orchestrating high-impact solutions that deliver real business outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lead strategic sales engagements with large enterprise prospects across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Reignite and grow underutilized or dormant accounts through tailored, consultative approaches.
Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO, etc.).
Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert qualified leads into long-term clients.
Drive solution-based sales across Colt’s portfolio, including networking, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
Lead cross-functional virtual teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales execution.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline discipline using modern sales methodologies.
