Responsibilities
  • Conduct an average of 3 product demonstrations daily, efficiently converting qualified leads into signed clients.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and deal-closure targets, contributing directly to company growth objectives.
  • Build robust client relationships with senior leadership, including HR Directors, Financial Directors, and C-suite executives.
  • Provide detailed and actionable feedback to the Product team to enhance sales tools and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, deal stages, and closed revenue using HubSpot CRM.
  • Regularly present performance metrics, including demo-to-close ratios, average contract value, and time-to-close improvements.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
