JOB SUMMARY

We are currently recruiting for a New Business Account Manager to engage/develop enterprise customers in the UK. This is a key hire, for an experienced individual who wants to join an established team and is highly motivated to unlock new opportunities, develop strategic relationships, secure new logos and make a material difference to our customer engagement. This is a new business focused opportunity which involves generating/closing opportunities with new named customers.

Responsibilities
  • Creating focused account capture and development plans for new clients to maximise opportunity, including multi-level contact strategies for structured engagement and predictable business development.
  • Building effective, tactical and strategic level relationships with clients and maintain an intimate understanding of their business, regional initiatives and networks.
  • Establishing a strong pipeline of well qualified business opportunities, evidencing understanding and control of customer buying criteria and process.
  • Acting as the client’s single point of contact, assisting in the formation of business enabling IT strategies, providing them with access to senior management and subject matter experts across Trustmarque and its partners.
  • Providing proactive client value and thought leadership to customers /prospects in respect of technology and sector trends and establishes Trustmarque as the go to partner for innovation and strategic direction.
  • Developing effective investment/efficiency ROI modelling to evidence client financial advantage.
  • Collaborating and engaging regularly with strategic partners and vendor relationships to leverage opportunities, stakeholders and in-direct networks and events.
