New Business Development Lead – Digital Commerce Permanent, Full TimeHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - FridayLocation: Farringdon, London EC1R (Hybrid) with travel We’re searching for a New Business Development Lead, to lead on business development strategy and revenue growth across our Digital Commerce business unit. This is a high-impact role combining strategic leadership with hands-on deal-making. What You’ll Do Lead enterprise sales strategy and pipeline management across multiple regions. Set and deliver global revenue targets in collaboration with senior leadership. Identify and close high-value e-commerce opportunities with enterprise clients.Enable regional sales teams with tools, insights, and best practices for sales excellence.Conduct SWOT and 7C analyses to uncover growth opportunities. Present compelling value propositions to C-suite stakeholders. What You Bring Commensurate years’ experience in business development, commercial leadership, and sales strategy. Strong background in digital commerce, e-commerce, direct to consumer, social commerce, marketplaces or B2B professional services. Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. CRM and sales analytics expertise. Bonus points: experience with Marketplace, D2C and B2B platforms. Why Join Us?
