JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Manager to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities. This role involves market research, lead generation, outreach, proposal development, and relationship-building with prospective customers—including OEMs, distributors, and aftermarket clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for business growth and development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management—preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and target potential new clients, products, and markets for new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and execute strategies for to achieve lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline development to increase sales and expand customer base.
  • Leverage existing industry contacts and a robust network to secure new business opportunities.
  • Conduct initial outreach through calls, emails, networking, and trade shows.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Assist in pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract development.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Support marketing campaigns and attend industry events to represent the company and promote our products.
