JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through Independently identifing, qualifing, contacting, and closing new sales from interested leads and potential partners and clients, while actively upholding a superior level of customer service with existing clients.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Two years’ experience in incremental direct or inside Sales development and goals achievement.
  • Proficiency in a Windows PC environment.
  • Experience with Client/Business Retention Management system and proven skills in Relationship Management.
  • B.A./B.S. in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent sales focus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Grow brand by proactively generating product and service sales via marketing, networking, referral, in-person visits to existing clients and cold calling new clients.
  • Demonstrate and introduce new products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Set, meet or exceed individual sales goals as outlined in individualized Performance Monitor.
  • Accurately input and track new contacts, prospects, and business development activity into proprietary system.
  • Schedule appropriate follow-up.
  • Utilize resources to create and negotiate competitive contracts for new projects, considering accurate cost and timeline concerns.
  • Obtain written client authorization for all work to be completed.
  • Become proficient in the usage of proprietary operating system.
  • Create new work orders, including all sales items and supporting information, with accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate artwork creation and/or submission and client approval with the Graphic Design Department.
  • Follow up to ensure client satisfaction after job is complete and/or received. Identify and report disappointments and/or potential areas for improvement and resolve issues.
  • Maintain an expanding knowledge of core signage product along with appropriate application(s).
  • Travel to assigned territories to meet with customers.
