This is outbound, face-to-face, new account sales. What you’ll actually do Cold call 1.5–2 hours a day Walk into businesses and introduce yourself Follow up until you get a yes or a clear no Meet homeowners and commercial clients in person Build quotes, close work, get signatures Turn one-time jobs into repeat accounts and service agreements Who you’ll sell to Homeowners Property managers Restaurants Churches Medical & dental offices Apartments & small commercial buildings If it has plumbing or A/C, it’s fair game.
