OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated individual with experience in sales and effective communication across stakeholders, within the realm of property law and residential transactions. As a new business executive you will be responsible for engaging with clients, promoting our nominated law firms services, and facilitating seamless communication across various teams whilst being a brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Client Engagement and Sales:
    · Reach out to potential clients and initiate contact through various channels. Leads will be secured through referrals from estate agencies and mortgage brokers.
    · Qualify clients to understand their conveyancing needs and provide suitable law firm quotes and instructions.
    · Win as many new instructions utilising the given referrals and allocate instructions to fee earners across the law firm.
    · Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication and client satisfaction.
    · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agents/mortgage brokers, property lawyers, and other relevant professionals.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree preferential but not necessary given relevant experience in sales industries.
· Strong understanding of property sales/purchase processes, legal requirements, and mortgage market.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and within a team, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
· A positive outlook towards achieving targets and self-motivated goals.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software’s.
· Attention to detail and strong organisational skills is a must.
· Proven track record in sales.
· Must be able to commute to Central London and surrounding areas and Richmond headquarters.
