Job Title: New Business Executive
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £32,000 + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday
Our respected, well-established client is seeking an experienced New Business Executive to drive sales and fuel business growth. The ideal candidate will be results driven, highly motivated to earn and able to take a consultative approach in engaging and supporting potential customers. This role requires someone with a strong desire to develop brand new professional relationships, offering an excellent package for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities of New Business Executive:

  • Act as a strategic growth partner across the business, working closely with marketing, client success and senior sales to align outreach with brand positioning and market demands.
  • Identify and unlock high value business opportunities by leveraging data, trend analysis and industry insight to pinpoint sectors and decision makers with strong alignment to our solutions.
  • Own and drive high impact outreach campaigns, using a multichannel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn and digital platforms) to engage, educate, and convert potential clients.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor from the first interaction, offering thoughtful, problem solving dialogue that builds credibility and opens doors.
  • Be the voice of the market internally, translating client feedback and competitive intelligence into actionable insights for marketing, product and operations teams.
  • Manage and optimise your sales pipeline, using CRM and sales automation tools to track activity, forecast results and improve conversion rates at every stage.
  • Continuously sharpen your edge, taking ownership of your learning through structured training, industry research and peer collaboration to deepen product and market knowledge.

Experience as New Business Executive required:

  • Proven success in B2B sales or lead generation, ideally in a service / product based environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across phone, email and digital platforms
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue high potential opportunities
  • Confident using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track activity
  • Self-motivated, target driven and resilient under pressure
  • Collaborative approach, able to work closely with sales, marketing and client teams
  • A desire to learn and continuously improve

As New Business Executive, you will receive £32,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. Full product training will be provided. You’ll also receive 32 days of holiday which increases with service, plus your birthday off every year alongside other fantastic benefits! APPLY NOW!
