WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual to assist S2 in achieving its growth plans, in line with the corporate strategy. Willing to work autonomously but also as part of a team when necessary, this role requires a candidate who is capable of taking ownership of meeting new business KPIs and managing a number of opportunities concurrently. Although experience in the real estate sector and/or business development is preferred, candidates with other previous experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Identification, generation and delivery of strategic new business growth opportunities, in line with corporate strategy.
  • Management of new business opportunities from lead generation through to closure, including tracking and forecasting using a CRM system.
  • Effective handover of new clients to the transition team for implementation.
  • Delivery of new client presentations, meetings and proposals.
  • Working with the marketing team to identify and drive new business development campaigns for new products, territories, clients and sectors to support marketing strategy of S2 and RiskWise. Identifying business growth innovations necessary where relevant.
  • Awareness and input to S2’s new business process including procedures, systems, collaboration with other teams across software and consultancy.
  • Proactively building relationships with senior stakeholders within prospective new client businesses, including representing S2 at key events.
  • Responsibility for delivery and reporting of new business KPIs.
  • Supporting the Business Development team fully to ensure successful client acquisition and excellent ongoing client service delivery.
