ABOUT US:

We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic Business Developer (B2B) with great attention to detail to join our sales team at a start-up in the group.
As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, with experience and interest in business design and innovation of digital solutions, both in terms of commercial prospecting and closing the sale and accompanying the client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Management, Marketing or Communication (preferred).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM and Excel tools (required).
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including visits to clients in Lisbon and the Algarve.
  • High sense of responsibility, focused on results and overcoming challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Identifying and implementing effective commercial prospecting strategies.
  • Creating and presenting commercial proposals aligned with the specific needs of clients.
  • Draw up and manage budgets for each business opportunity.
  • Apply knowledge of digital marketing to support commercial initiatives.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer relationships and monitor sales opportunities.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, demonstrating a strong ability to influence and motivate.
  • Act in a proactive, creative and organized manner, contributing to the growth of the team and the business.
  • Availability to travel to different regions of the country.
